Mediation and Arbitration

Two  of  the  better  known  methods  of  ADR are mediation and arbitration. In very general terms, in
mediation,  a neutral  expert  is  involved  once  a dispute has arisen to help facilitate the parties own
settlement process.  In arbitration , the neutral  expert  provides  the  parties  with  a binding ruling- or
award- after  hearing  each  argue  its case. In this context, The Souffront Group provides the parties with   
a   roster   of   qualified  mediators  and  arbitrators  with  a  broad  spectrum of  subject-matter expertise
in the fields of business, commercial, corporate, capital markets, banking and finance,  as well as
international and domestic energy and infrastructure project development and finance. In light if  the  
specialized  knowledge  and  experience  of  our  group, the parties are not required to spend valuable   
time  and  resources  educating or illustrating our mediators and arbitrators about relevant industry
practices, norms and customs.
