Fact-Finding

In  the  particular c ase  of  Independent  Fact-Finding-based  services, The Souffront Group renders
impartial and objective investigations in order to ascertain relevant facts and provide our clients with risk-
weighted  evidence  solutions.  Our f act-finders  conduct  research  and  investigate potential or
prospective  dispute-related risks  that  could adversely impact, materially or otherwise, the financial
condition of our clients.

In our experience,  Fact-Finding  is  a  quite effective tool when parties are confronted with limited or
conflicting  information and  evidence.  In order to avoid a costly and extensive information exchange or  
protracted  discovery,  the parties  engage  us  to  conduct an impartial investigation and  provide them  
with  a  preliminary or final report based on such investigation which may include, if the parties so request,
the necessary or recommended steps to address and resolve the dispute.

The  Souffront Group’s fact-finders  will  work  with  the  parties  in  setting  forth  an  appropriate non-
disruptive  schedule  an d time-table  for  the submission of relevant documentation, information and
identification of the individuals with access to the same.
